The Judith Alexander Foundation is offering $500 micrograms to up to 100 Georgia-based artists.

National Park Arts Foundation Residency
Gettysburg National Park, Pennsylvania

Artists, including those who are veterans, can apply to this one-month program, open to any artistic media. The residency comes with a stipend of $1,000.


Judith Alexander Foundation Microgrant

The Judith Alexander Foundation is offering $500 individual visual artist grants to up to 100 Georgia-based artists to assist with financial hardship due to COVID-19. Visual arts includes painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, ceramics, and fine art photography.


Oak Spring Garden Foundation Residency
Upperville, Virginia

This five-week interdisciplinary residency is designed to support artists, conservation practitioners, researchers, scholars, scientists or writers who are pursuing work inspired by plants, gardens and landscapes. Residents have access to a 700-acre landscape, a Biocultural Conservation Farm, a formal garden, and a library of art.


Red Bull Artist Microgrants

Red Bull Arts will award two $1000 grants each month to artists in the following 20 cities across the United States: Atlanta, Austin/San Antonio, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Hudson Valley (NY), Los Angeles, Miami, New Orleans, New York, Oakland, Philadelphia, Providence, St Louis, and the Twin Cities (Minneapolis/St.Paul).  These funds are meant to support artists in continuing their work however they see fit in this difficult moment.

Located within Arts on Douglas, the alt_space gallery is an exhibition space dedicated to Florida artists from various contemporary genres including: conceptual art, site specific installation, new media, digital media, video, sculpture, or other experimental practices and alternative processes.

The pitch calls for original stand-alone commissions of short documentaries by diverse filmmakers, who are living and working in the American South. These states and one federal district include: Alabama, Arkansas, District of Columbia, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia.

The projects should be at the end of their production and explore a range of socially, politically, and culturally relevant topics.


Illuminations Grant for Black Trans Women Visual Artists

This $10,000 grant sheds light on the under-recognized contributions of Black trans women visual artists and provides critical support to their continuing work.


Rauschenberg Emergency Grant

NYFA and the Rasuchenberg Foundation have teamed up to offer visual and media artists and choreographers in the US grants of up to $5,000 for medical related emergencies.


Joan Mitchell Emergency Grant
Deadline: rolling basis

The Joan Mitchell Foundation provides grants of up to $6,000 to US-based visual artists who have suffered significant physical losses after natural or man-made disasters.
