Rachel Trusty (she/her) is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Women’s and Gender Studies at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA. She holds a Ph.D. in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from the University of Kansas and a Master of Fine Arts in Studio Art from Lesley University. Trusty’s research and art practice explore themes of identity in contemporary art. Her scholarship has been published in The International Journal of Social, Political, and Community Agendas in the Arts, ARTMargins Online, and the American Alliance of Museums Alliance Blog.
