Philip Kelleher-Rios

Philip Kelleher-Rios is Assistant Professor of Art History at the University of Houston-Clear Lake where he teaches in the groundbreaking Transforming Lives by Degrees program for incarcerated students. He received a PhD in Art History from Rice University and an MA from Binghamton University, SUNY, and he was a Helena Rubinstein Fellow of Critical Studies in the Whitney Museum of American Art’s Independent Study Program.
