Michael Borowski is an artist working with an expanded photographic practice to examine queer spaces, histories, and belonging. His work has been exhibited internationally, and he has received a VMFA fellowship in 2022 and a Graham Foundation grant in 2019. He is currently an Associate Professor of Studio Art at Virginia Tech.
