For this in person event, Jasmine Amussen, the editor of Burnaway, will read from a selection of recent Athens focused stories. In addition, Amussen will give a short presentation on how to pitch to the magazine — and what kind of work catches the editor’s attention, what doesn’t, along with additional information about programs, workshops, internships, Mood Rings and other ways to get involved with the magazine. The presentation and reading will be followed by a Q&A with Jasmine Amussen and Program & Mood Ring Coordinator Emily Llamazales.
