The Florida Wildlife Corridor Foundation and City of Lakeland Community Redevelopment Agency is accepting qualifications from artists for a public art opportunity as part of the Florida Wildlife Corridor Foundations mural campaign. It is desired that the finished artwork(s) for this project be incorporated into the building’s exterior and physical site and should assist in creating an appealing, distinctive, menagerie of Florida Wildlife to raise awareness about Lakeland’s important connection in the Corridor and encourage preservation by educating visitors to the area night and day, 365 days a year.

McColl Center’s Artist-in-Residence Program for Fall 2025 sparks artistic growth for emerging and mid-career artists. McColl Center Fall 2025 Artists-in-Residence in Partnership with Atrium Health
McColl Center invites local Charlotte and regional artists to apply for the Fall 2025 Artist-in-Residence program, with a focus on healthcare and healing. The Fellowship Research Grant is a program of the Jazz & Heritage Archive to support research about Louisiana’s diverse music, cultural, and artistic heritage. Open Call for Artists – Oyster Factory Park

Recognizing the cultural benefit that art in public locations brings to a community, the Town of Bluffton (“Town”) created a Public Art Committee in 2022. The Town is seeking sculptors and other 3D artists to create an original, durable, outdoor piece for historic Oyster Factory Park. The Oyster Factory itself is the last hand-shucking facility in South Carolina, and the commission should educate visitors to the importance of fishing, shrimping, oystering to our local economy and the environmental gem that is the May River.

2025 Linda Peshkin AJF Solo Exhibition Award

Art Jewelry Forum (AJF) is pleased to announce the 2025 Linda Peshkin AJF Solo Exhibition Award. The purpose of this grant, established by Scottsdale, AZ -based jewelry collector Linda Peshkin, is to provide the resources for the development and implementation of a solo exhibition of art jewelry that the artist would not otherwise have the means to undertake The 2025 Linda Peshkin AJF Solo Exhibition Award is open to makers of all ages active in the field. Students currently enrolled in a degree program are not eligible (except PhD students); however, recent graduates are encouraged to apply. PhD students are eligible but not with exhibitions related to their thesis or graduation work. The proposed project should be about jewelry, loosely defined. A proposed budget must be included as part of the proposal. The grant recipient will receive a cash grant of $20,000, to be paid over two years. The proposed exhibition must be realized within a two-year time frame (for 2025 edition, that means until December 2027).
2025 Cultural Council for Palm Beach County Biennial

The Cultural Council for Palm Beach County enthusiastically announces an Open Call to Palm Beach County artists for its 2025 Biennial. This edition of the Cultural Council’s Biennial welcomes visual artists residing in Palm Beach County to submit their artwork for the exhibition opening on April 11, 2025. The 2025 Cultural Council Biennial is juried by Tim Hawkinson, gallerist and curator from Los Angeles. The 2025 Cultural Council Biennial will feature three prizes chosen by the guest Juror/Curator. The top prize will be $2,000.00, while second will be $1,000.00 and third $500.00. There will also be a People’s Choice award tabulated by votes made throughout the exhibition and presented after the exhibition ends.
Adolph & Esther Gottlieb Foundation 2025 Individual Support Grants

These grants are available to individual painters, sculptors, and printmakers who have worked in a mature phase of art for 20 years or more. Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate that they have been working in a mature phase of their art for at least 20 years. Maturity is based on the level of intellectual, technical, and creative development maintained over this time period. Artists must show that their primary involvement has been with their artistic goals, regardless of other personal or financial responsibilities. Artists must work in the disciplines of painting, sculpture, or printmaking.
WCU Fine Art Museum – 57th Annual Juried Undergraduate Exhibition

Western Carolina University’s Annual Juried Undergraduate Exhibition is one of the longest-running Catamount art traditions. This exhibition is an extraordinary opportunity for WCU undergraduate students to share their artwork with a larger public and to enhance their skills in presenting artwork in a professional gallery setting. Entries are reviewed by an outside art professional who selects the works for exhibition at the WCU Fine Art Museum. Selected works will be on view at the Museum from February 18 through March 21, 2025. An awards ceremony will be held at the WCU Fine Art Museum on Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 5:00-7:00 PM. This year, the exhibition juror is Marie Cochran, visual artist and founding curator of the Affrilachian Artist Project.
ACNMWA 2025 Artist Award

The Arkansas Committee of the National Museum of Women in the Arts selects an accomplished Arkansas woman-identified visual artist each year to receive the ACNMWA Artist Award. The award assists the artist in realizing her vision and makes her achievements more visible to the art community and the public. This $4,000 award helps the artist to support and further her studio practice. Applicants must be woman-identified visual artists residing in Arkansas for at least one year by January 31, 2025. The Artist Award grant provides for artist expenses related to professional development or pursuit of new creative work: workshop training, research, travel, and/or essential equipment or supplies. It may be used for any need or purpose, including studio expenses, equipment or supplies, childcare, research, travel, or study. Award selection is made by a committee of the Arkansas Committee of the National Museum of Women in the Arts. The winner will be included in the next online Artist Registry and featured on ACNMWA social media posts during the year.

Nancy Norton Tomasko Scholarship

The Nancy Norton Tomasko Scholarship fund is dedicated to providing financial support for individuals wishing to learn more about the book arts. The Center will award scholarships covering the full tuition and materials for one course per individual. Awardees are selected based on financial need and proof of having satisfied the prerequisites for the desired course. Please fill out and submit the following form at least three weeks before the start date of the workshop to be considered for financial assistance.
