Lisa Jaye Young, Ph.D. is Professor of Art History at The Savannah College of Art and Design. She earned her doctorate in Art History and Cinema Studies from The Graduate Center, City University of New York (CUNY) and her B.A. in Art History from The University of Pittsburgh. She contributes regularly as writer and editor to a variety of publications. Her research and teaching emphasize the history of photography, feminism, contemporary art, and a critical, visual history of capital.
