In the spirit of our newest print edition, BURNAWAY #2: Exchange, we asked pairs of artists and art professionals to engage in conversations on various topics at our booth at the Decatur Book Festival. We’ll be presenting more edited versions of these in the coming weeks.

High Museum: Picturing the South on view through February 6

Martha Whittington, artist and professor at Savannah College of Art and Design in Atlanta who recently won the $10,000 Herradura Tequila Barrel Art contest in Atlanta, chats it up with Jill Frank, a photographer and professor at Georgia State University. They discover and discuss their similar theoretical interests and viewpoints that govern their work.
