Episode 60: This week’s interview supplies an overview of Elevate, a ten-day festival of contemporary art with the mission of sparking revitalization in downtown Atlanta. Our guest, Camille Love of the City of Atlanta Office of Cultural Affairs, shares with interviewer Claire Maxwell some details on the programs scheduled including The Imaginary Million, an art auction for artists produced through a partnership between WonderRoot, the Museum of Contemporary Art of Georgia, and the Zuckerman Museum. Opening night for Elevate kicks off Friday, October 19, with a calendar of events running through Saturday, October 27.

Special thanks to AM1690, The Voice of the Arts, our partners in producing ARTSpeak with BURNAWAY. The radio program broadcasts over the airwaves every Tuesday in two rotations, 8-8:30AM and 6-6:30PM.
