If you missed the first CINÉ Murmur experience, come thru for Exp. #2:
First we’ll check out local Atlanta filmaker Aloysius Harmon’s Permanent Daylight, which captures his experience of life, youth culture, and time.
Next we’ll screen the “otherworldly” Boneshaker by Ghanaian director Frances Bodomo, featuring stunning visual representations of spirituality.
Finally, we’ll watch Swimming in Your Skin Again directed by Terrance Nance. It’s described as being “drenched in the heat, spirit and landscape of South Florida,” celebrating the spiritual feminine and coming of age process.
Come out and kickback with us @ 100 Broad St. for this experience.
Ciné Murmur is a monthly screening hosted at Murmur featuring a short film from emerging artists, writers and filmmakers and a feature short flick or documentary.
$5 Suggested donations — we will not turn anyone way!
